A fantastic opportunity exists to join BOQ’s recruitment team as a Talent Coordinator.
Supporting our busy and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team, we are seeking a motivated and proactive administrator who will be responsible for activities to support the sourcing, selection and on-boarding of candidates in support of the businesses hiring needs.
This role is responsible for facilitating the flow of candidates through the talent acquisition process from initial application to commencement. The Talent Coordinator works closely with our internal stakeholders, candidates, external recruitment agencies and third party vendors.
This support role is critical to the success of the Talent Acquisition team and your agility, quick thinking and ability to multi-task will see you succeed!
Your days will be varied, however a typical day will include:
About you
We are looking for an exceptional team administrator, with a sense of urgency and a high level of customer service. Our Talent Coordinator will be experienced at juggling competing priorities and will naturally have a strong degree of follow through, organisation and initiative.
Previous experience as an administrator within a Recruitment Agency or in-house environment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
We are looking for someone who thrives off providing high level administration support to an extremely busy, fast-paced team, who has the confidence to act as a representative where and when appropriate, whilst maintaining a high level of professional integrity.
You will have excellent time management skills, a process driven nature and always be looking for ways to improve efficiency. The ability to work autonomously and at times with little guidance or instruction is important, as is the ability to work with remote based team members.
Having a ‘can-do’ attitude will see you succeed in the role, as will your flexible and reliable nature. Most importantly you will enjoy having a laugh and working with a friendly and fun team who enjoy each other’s company!
