Role Description:
We are looking for a Talent Manager to join the regional EMEA Talent consulting team. This role is responsible for the development and execution of the EMEA Enterprise Control Functions strategy to support the learning, leadership development, talent management and organizational effectiveness priorities of the business. This includes identifying opportunities, strategies and solutions while working closely with colleagues of the broader Talent team, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to execute learning and leadership development solutions.
The Talent consulting team are responsible for supporting the EMEA ExCo and their Senior Leadership Teams with their personal, team and organisational development. The Talent Manager works in partnership with the Learning, Talent Process, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion and HR Generalist teams to support the EMEA based Enterprise Control Functions across and their leadership teams to deliver their people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic talent and learning consultancy, ensuring deliverables are aligned to support business, people, and performance objectives
Develop strong partnerships with regional HR Executives and Regional HR Relationship Managers to ensure talent consultancy and services are aligned to global and regional priorities
Lead on the design and execution of the overall regional Talent priorities for Enterprise Control Function business areas including regional succession and talent planning, culture improvement initiatives, high potential, and female talent programmes, employee engagement strategies, core curriculum content and other organisational development solutions
Development of identified Talent and senior leaders through talent and career conversations
Support of regulatory requirements for key talent across the lines of business, in partnership with regulatory partners.

Key skills:
As a Talent Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Strategic perspective and thought leadership in a broad range of talent management, leadership and learning development
Experience in operating and delivering in a complex, highly matrixed, fast paced, global financial services firm (or equivalent) with multiple stakeholders, with experience supporting the front office preferred
Good understanding of the regulatory landscape in which the Firm operates
Background in Leadership, Learning Development, HR or consultancy with an ability to effectively engage and deliver through others
Significant experience of designing, implementing, and managing change programmes (Culture, people, processes, systems related) leadership and learning programmes, organisational design and development and employee engagement
Exceptional ability to influence senior executive stakeholders both within the region and globally, flexing style and approach as required in a range of complex situations
Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mind-set. Happy to perform a mix of operational work and senior strategic work in close partnership with regional peers
Tenacious, solutions focused, positive and resilient with the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges and remain agile to changing business needs and priorities
Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once with multiple senior stakeholders in Lines of Business and HR
