A brand new opportunity has become available for a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to join the established Talent Acquisition team in the Chester office. EMEA Human Resources comprises of business facing HR generalists and specialists in areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition (including Lateral and Campus recruitment) Learning and Leadership Development), Employee Relations and centralised Human Resource Shared Service Centre.
Within Talent Acquisition, we have a number of Line of Business facing recruitment teams, managing relationships and service delivery into their business areas. They are supported by a number of centralised operations teams, delivering administrative support, such as, interview scheduling, contract generation and onboarding.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Lead is directly accountable for the delivery of the centralized operations teams.
Overall Responsibilities:
Day to day responsibility for the operations teams across Talent Acquisition, for both Campus and Lateral recruitment.
Providing oversight and driving transparency around operational performance to the TA senior leaders
Develop a deep knowledge of process and delivery for both Campus and Lateral Recruitment
Management of outsourced offshore service delivery
Hands-on responsibility for the delivery and tracking of Campus class onboarding activity.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and candidate and client experience.
Specific Responsibilities:
Campus
Partner with Campus operational leads in other regions to align EMEA operational activity with global approach and to ensure EMEA operational requirements are represented at a global level.
Act as main point of contact for operational delivery of campus hiring/onboarding – ensuring candidate and line of business experience is at the forefront of what we do
Day to day reporting needs with a close eye for detail and through quality checking prior to action
Key approver for all Campus administration activity (such as invoicing, cost management, immigration), whilst ensuring guidelines and compliance requirements are met
Develop and maintain partnerships with Global Mobility, Onboarding, L&LD and Background Screening teams in order to meet campus hiring requirements
Work closely with the TA Head of Operations to identify issues and drive process improvement through campus hiring
Work with the RPO Operations Lead to ensure seamless operational delivery
Other tasks as identified
Lateral
Developing a sound knowledge of end to end lateral recruitment process
Working with our LOB Recruitment leads to constantly monitor and understand where we can improve processes, driving efficiencies, and improve overall experience
Deliver robust reporting to support the LOB recruitment teams
Challenge the status quo, ensuring our teams have the support in order to deliver the service effectively
Leading on and delivery of projects to support TA process improvements
Required Skills:
Previous people management experience
In depth understanding of the end to end recruitment processes within Bank of America
Demonstrable experience managing and analysing data, with a close eye for detail
Considerable experience working within a matrixed environment and a firm understanding of how to sequence decision making
Demonstrable understanding of clear and proactive communication to ensure alignment
Ability to dig into the detail to ensure successful delivery of our service
Able to work autonomously
Good working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to perform Pivots and Vlookups
