Job Title: EMEA Programme Delivery Manager

A new opportunity has become available for a Programme Delivery Manager to join the Talent Acquisition Programme Management team based in London. The successful candidate will join an established team who are responsible for creating and delivering innovative and tailored programmes to build junior talent pipeline and talent pools.
The role is responsible for the delivery of the Junior Talent programmes, specifically Spring Insight, Summer Internship and Future Prospects Work Experience. This role will also support other programmes where required.
Responsibilities:
Pre-programme:
Engaging with the Recruiting and Diversity & Inclusion teams to determine hiring objectives and timescales.
Support the Talent Acquisition Head of Operations and key stakeholders to improve / re-design programmes and offerings
Support programme project plans, leading and co-ordinating project work streams to ensure seamless delivery
Creating a communication plan working in conjunction with marketing team (pre to post programmes)
Planning and organising all programme sessions, events, logistics, materials, etc
Reviewing, selecting and briefing external vendors for training delivery
Managing programme budgets and tracking spend
Coordinating global orientation and regional inductions for full-time programme hires
Programme delivery:
Co-ordinating and sending communications throughout the programme from joining instructions through to offer process
Delivering core soft skills based training sessions, such as employability skills (eg communication, presentation, team building, time management skills)
Working with the Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) team to embed and deliver projects for core modules of the programmes
EMEA representative at the entry-level programme
Managing the CISI Certification process for Banking & Markets new hires
Post-programme:
Leading the programme evaluation through online surveys & focus groups and the end-of-programme reviews based on participants, recruiter and stakeholder feedback to evaluate impact and quality of training
Leading the ‘Fast-Track’ recruiting process for flagship programmes in collaboration with recruiting teams
Supporting Junior Talent and Experienced Hire programmes and initiatives:
On an as needed basis, support the Marketing and Diversity team, in particular the Sourcing and Attraction lead, to partner with our Diversity Partners (eg SEO, upReach, Bright Network) to identify talent for programmes
Delivering soft skills training sessions, organising business representation at events (eg Keynote speakers, skills sessions) to support diversity initiatives
Partnering with Recruitment team to design cultural integration training programme for our Africa programme
Partnering with the Apprenticeship Manager to support the Apprenticeship programme on an as needed basis
Creating and producing ad hoc programme materials (eg Handbooks, presentations)

Proven and relevant experience in the Financial or Professional services industry
Experience working in complex and highly matrixed organisations
Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes (eg. Early Careers, Experienced Hire)
Previous experience leading multiple Talent Acquisition and/or People Development programmes for groups up to c. 200
Expertise in designing, delivering and/or facilitating soft skills and employability training sessions; vendor selection and management
Confident stakeholder management experience with the ability to build relationships and influence up to Senior Leadership level
Competent using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
A Project Management qualification advantageous
