Banham is a family-owned; family-run business that has been providing security solutions since 1926. We operate throughout the Southeast of England offering a comprehensive service on all aspects of physical and electronic security. Most important, however, are the people who make up Banham. Our dedicated employees live and breathe collaboration; they inspire and learn from each other. What Can you Bring to Banham?
You will want to be part of building a smart and collaborative talent attraction culture.
Have experience in Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Have proven experience in Liaising with candidates and hiring teams to coordinate interviews via phone, video call, or onsite office visits; and be able to assist hiring teams with behind-the-scenes processes and decision-making.
Your exceptional organisation skills will mean that you can arrange meetings efficiently while ensuring that meeting rooms are available.
Happy to Communicate with candidates regularly via email and phone to ensure they have accurate interview information in preparation for their interviews.
Collaboration with agencies, hiring teams and Talent Partner to shape the hiring process, delivering a highly personalized candidate experience.
Ability to maintain TeamTailor, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and job postings ensuring information is correct and up to date.
Maintain internal reports/dashboards on hiring progress.
Your people passion will shine and with this, you will grow reliable and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders across the business.
