Summary and Qualifications:
The Director, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in setting the strategy for delivering on annual veterinarian recruitment goals. Working closely with the Vice President, Talent Acquisition as well as managers of Talent Acquisition programs, the Director, Talent Acquisition will also lead stakeholder communication efforts with operations and veterinary affairs senior leadership.
This role will lead, partner and manage oversight of doctor recruitment team ensuring each associate has clear objectives, market-specific recruitment plans and consistent coaching and follow through.
Partner and support management with the development and implementation of enterprise-wide, industry leading comprehensive recruitment strategies and corresponding programs to enable the organization to achieve its business objectives.
