We are looking for an SEO & GoHighLevel Specialist in the greater Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, or St. Augustine, Florida areas.

How about we skip right ahead to the good stuff? We are a small digital marketing agency (there are 7 of us!), and we are based in Ponte Vedra, FL. We are biased — but we are pretty sure we are the coolest place to work for.

We provide online marketing for Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorneys. Most attorneys struggle to get in front of quality clients. At Bambiz, our marketing gets them noticed in the community so they stand out from the competition and grow their practices.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, tech savvy, and loves learning about new tools and technology.

You should be well-versed in SEO and GoHighLevel. Bonus if you are familiar with ClickFunnels and WordPress! The position will require you to do many technical tasks.

Here is what you can expect:

• You get to work a hybrid schedule from home (or the occasional coffeehouse or hotel as needed). This position is 75% remote. This doesn’t mean you will be working any less… but you get to work in an environment that works for you. The other 25% of the time you will work with our team at “The Link” (a really cool office space) in Ponte Vedra.
• We aren’t big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first go around.
• You will experience things, do things, and make decisions on things that no big stuffy company would ever allow you to do. You will be able to dictate the work that you do and provide suggestions on ways to make your job easier.
• We want you to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?). When you have questions, you will find the answers with a quick Zoom call or Slack message to anyone on our team.

Are you the perfect fit?

Here are the main things you’ll be in charge of:

• GoHighLevel: Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) to construct robust marketing funnels, workflows, and automations. Proficiency with this platform is key to this role.
• Local SEO: Take charge of enhancing our clients’ visibility in local search results. Handle all aspects of local SEO for multiple clients (same industry) including managing online reviews, optimizing for local keywords, and tracking the latest SEO trends.
• Advanced SEO: Utilize your SEO knowledge to handle technical challenges, employ schema markup for improved search visibility, and carry out link-building strategies to boost website performance and organic search results.
• SEO Keyword Research: Utilize keyword research techniques to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content for improved organic search performance. Also provide keywords and suggested topics to freelance writers to support content creation efforts.
• WordPress Updates: Conduct straightforward updates and design tasks on WordPress websites, using Elementor and following specific project guidelines
• Email Systems: Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of email systems on WordPress, MailGun, and GoHighLevel, guaranteeing successful delivery and effective communication.
• Analytics and ing: Create clear, insightful s using AgencyAnalytics (or another tool you recommend) to display our work results to clients.
• Team & Client Communication: Participate actively in weekly team meetings, contribute to Slack discussions, and maintain high-quality communication with the team and clients via email or Zoom

Job Time Allocation:

50% SEO Management
30% GoHighLevel Tasks
10% WordPress Updates
5% Team & Client Communication
5% Other tasks as needed

• Be very adept with technology, GoHighLevel, building funnels and understanding how the software works, SEO, WordPress (Elementor), and more.
• Comfortable with managing processes and working with the team to make sure our company goals are achieved.
• Set the vision, create, and manage a wide variety of SEO campaigns simultaneously.
• the overall performance of campaigns to clients and other team members, and make recommendations when necessary.

• This is a 30 hour per week, SEO & GoHighLevel Specialist position. The salary is $18-22 hour, based on experience and skill. The hours are Monday – Friday, and have some flexibility, but our clients work normal business hours.
• You will be working 75% remotely. Having access to a distraction-free work environment, high-speed internet, and a mobile phone is a requirement. On your non-remote days you’ll be working at our office in Ponte Vedra, FL.
• We are closed (and you get paid!) on major holidays AND your birthday.
