Bally’s Black Hawk is looking for a hands-on finance leader with casino industry experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced casino controller or other finance manager who is looking for a promotion. You must have excellent Excel skills. The position requires a Colorado Division of Gaming Key Gaming License.

The Director of Finance is responsible for the direct management of:

• CO Division of Gaming compliance
• Property Accounting including GAAP
• Gaming and Corporate Reporting
• Internal Audit
• Cage Operations

The team is small, which is why the DOF needs to be knowledgeable and involved in every detail of the job.

Bally’s is growing quickly. The opportunities are almost limitless. We are acquiring a large Vegas property at the end of September and opening Chicago’s first casino soon. There are twelve other casino across the country to grow into as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
