Job Summary

Ball Pro needs a reliable Accounting Assistant who is eager to learn all the accounting responsibilities of a small but growing business. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner and computer efficient.

This person will report to the Controller/CFO.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

General responsibilities:

• Bill in-house and factory orders
• Vouching A/P invoices
• Checking credit on incoming orders
• Apply payments to customer accounts
• Scan and/or electronically file accounting documents
• Answer accounting phone calls
• Making collection calls as necessary

Other skills:

• Analytical mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP B1 helpful
• Excellent 10-key skills
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Performs well in fast-paced environment

• High school diploma/GED required
• Accounting education or work experience required
