We have a fantastic opportunity to join our existing Central Admin function based at our impressive Head Office in Perth. The post will be permanent, full time (35 hours per week) across typical office hours Monday to Friday.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support working in a centralised administration function servicing the wider business. This role has a varied remit and includes support of our Maintenance and Operations areas, though is predominantly aligned to our People Services function.
Duties Include
Ensuring all documentation is issued, signed and updated (personnel files etc.)
Collating and reporting information on daily, weekly and monthly requirements
Maintain the training platform
Maintain the recruitment platform and applicant tracking system
Set up personnel files for staff members and maintain computer-based files on Atlas
Prepare and circulate the work planner for maintenance and facilities employees
Utilise the regulatory bodies web based systems to update on operational changes
Manage complaints processes – logging complaints, sending holding letters and assisting in preparing responses
File management – training systems, fire risk assessments, due diligence, archiving, project files
General administration as required within the People Services team
Skills and Experience
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Skills of setting up and maintaining administrative processes and procedures
Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
Relationships – Highly effective communicator who will be dealing with residents, staff, families and external suppliers on a daily basis as well as a number of key internal stakeholders
Experience of working in a similar, fast-paced admin role
HR experience (highly desirable)
Experience of working in a similar setting (desirable)
