BALFOUR SENIOR CARE Hiring for Marketing & Communications Coordinator Full Time

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all aspect of Balfour’s daily operations, coordinating and performing a broad set of marketing activities. Duties include digital marketing, public relations and external communications, advertising development, organization of product expositions, special events, graphic design and serving as the central point of contact for internal stakeholder requests.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates the roll-out of the newly updated Balfour brand across the portfolio under the direction of leadership
- Coordinates all press releases, preparation and writing of new development PowerPoint presentations, and all collateral materials
- Manages the preparation of operational brand books, branded items, graphic design, and all branding activities
- Audits brand and establishes brand standards for the Balfour Store and the selection of branded materials
- Coordinates the entry and coordination of design entries and requests
- Writes articles and develops social media posts of high-quality and brand standard
- Develops all digital marketing for placement
- Tracks multiple marketing projects according to defined processes and timelines
- Proactively reaches out to internal and external partners when involvement is needed to keep a project moving forward. Maintains positive working relationships to encourage cooperation
- Keeps appropriate parties informed of project status. Meets regularly with Marketing, Sales, and Design departments to share project status and solicit input
- Develops timelines and identifies responsible parties to ensure milestones are met in order to execute successful events, such as tradeshows and sponsorships
- Maintains digital marketing content and fulfillment/posting requests
- Provides suggestions for improving internal processes
- Assists with ordering and distributing marketing promotional materials
- Oversees all social media content and programs, including writing blogs and updating social media websites and materials
- Uses and leverages available online platforms to promote and drive attendance to events
- Organizes internal and technology-based marketing inventory, files, systems, processes, etc
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
- 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communication for a service organization
- Excellent writing skills
- Working knowledge of “InDesign” is required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field; or additional 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Expert copy and communications skills necessary. AP knowledge is key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite®
- A proven track record in delivering cost-effective marketing initiatives to drive prospect education, referrals, and sales
- Analytical skills for establishing and evaluating key performance indicators and research data
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and vendors for the successful accomplishment of marketing objectives
- Ability to successfully network and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Proven ability to manage projects and adhere to time schedules and budgets while producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and respond positively to supervision
