Summary
Balfour Beatty Construction’s Texas Division is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead. The Talent Acquisition Lead performs the full recruitment cycle to include: sourcing, recruitment strategy, candidate screening and initial interviews, and candidate flow processes through final dispositioning in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all positions in Balfour Beatty Construction.

Work is performed in an office environment.
Regularly uses hands to manipulate phones, computer keyboard and similar tools. Ability to view computer screens, mobile devices, and other electronic equipment, for extended periods of time. Sit and stand to perform administrative work. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 20 lbs.
