POSTE: Assistant Opérateur Nuit

QUART DE TRAVAIL: Quart de 8h de jour, soir ou nuit et disponible 1 weekend sur 2 (quart de 12h)

LIEU DE TRAVAIL: Montreal

LE POSTE :

• Prendre connaissance des spécifications du produit (docket de production)
• Aider au réglage de la machine lors du démarrage et en cours de production selon les paramètres de production.
• Préparer les équipements de travail et les postes de travail.
• Alimenter la machine avec la matière première et manipuler le produit fini
• Contrôle de la qualité de la production selon les standards établis. (guage, seal, format, etc.)
• Inspecter, nettoyer, et aider l’opérateur avec les ajustements des machines de production.
• Compléter les rapports de production lorsque demandé par l’opérateur.
• Garder son environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et organisé en tout temps.

EXIGENCE DU POSTE :

• Expérience en milieu manufacturier requise

THE JOB :

• Read the product specifications (production docket).
• Assist operator with machine set-up and adjustment during production.
• Prepare workstations and equipment.
• Feed the machine with the raw material and handle finish goods.
• Quality control of production according to established standards. (guage, seal, size, etc.)
• Inspect, clean and assist the operator when repairing or checking defective equipment.
• Complete production reports according to the operator’ requirements.
• Keep the work environment clean, organised and safe at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Manufacturing Experience required
