Balance Solutions is growing, and we are in pursuit of a Patient Reception Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities include;

• Greeting and developing patient relationships, ensuring a positive experience with every visit!
• Scheduling new and existing patients
• Completing patient intakes
• Entering patient demographic and insurance data
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Other administrative type tasks (faxing, filing…etc.)

Our Patient Reception Coordinator is the first person our patients meet when they walk through the door and the last person they see after their visit, making their role integral for a positive patient journey.
