Balance of Nature Hiring for CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER at Hurricane, UT Full Time

Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Service Manager.

What You Will Do

• Support team member growth, especially with hitting quotas
• Handle voids, account problems, and escalated calls
• Authorize special case orders for your team members
• Set and achieve team goals
• Ensure tools and trackers are updated weekly
• Create and maintain a healthy and productive work environment
• Set up daily drills for team members to participate in as needed
• Lead weekly meeting with team members
• General managerial tasks like managing team schedule, updating documents, and personnel management

• Proficient computer skills especially in Google Workspace
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service management role

Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission & Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
