Balance of Nature Hiring for CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT AGENT at Hurricane, UT Full Time

Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time. Located in Hurricane, UT, we are looking for a full-time Chat Agent to resolve customer problems that’ll keep the customers happy and continually using Balance of Nature products.

You will play a key role in resolving customer problems by caring, communicating, listening, and understanding company procedures, policies, and processes.

The ideal candidate preferably:

• Willing to ask questions when needed
• Outgoing and caring about others’ needs
• Able to handle unpredictability
• Stay productive with limited supervision
• Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Thoroughly investigates problems and provide excellent customer service
• Great emotional intelligence that helps you build solid relationships
• Constantly seeks self-improvement and works well in a team environment
• Maintains company standards and follows through on tasks effectively
• Comfortable with Google Workspaces
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy

Day-to-day life as a Chat Agent:

• Respond promptly to chats and emails.
• Offer solutions to customer concerns.
• Prevent customers from canceling memberships.
• Collect testimonials from customers.
• Online chat and call with customers.
• Update and maintain customer accounts accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the team and managers.
• Participate in training and meetings.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Constantly improve communication and management skills.

Pay: $15.00 per hour + Commission & Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
