You will have the opportunity to:

Be a valued member within the talent management team helping provide a best in class experience for our people:
- Maintain new hire onboarding platform and all onboarding materials (intranet, session details, task lists, presentations)
- Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Input and maintain HRIS data/requests for team member profiles, including new hires, terminations and other status changes; pulling s as needed
- Support exit process by submitting terminations timely and sending exit paperwork
- Answer team member questions and provide standard interpretation of team member policies, procedures and practices
- Assist with Business Unit or talent management communications, including internal intranet updates
- Partner with offshored resources to support high volume onboarding/offboarding and HRIS change submissions, providing training as needed.
- Administer firmwide buddy program
- Support and administer various recognition programs
- Assist with ing needs and compliance monitoring
- Work under general supervision on projects from a variety of supervisors/project managers
- Demonstrate the desire to continually grow, learn and develop skills and knowledge through external and internal education, training and cross-training opportunities to maximize personal contribution to the organizational goals and ongoing career development
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have:
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field, required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6-12 months’ prior experience supporting human resources, preferred
- Prior experience working within a professional services environment or medium-large organization (5,000+ employees), preferred; Knowledge of the public accounting or financial services industry, preferred.
- Experience supporting helpdesk function or replying to high volume questions/requests, preferred
- Ability to work under general supervision on projects from a variety of supervisors/project managers
- Experience with Microsoft Office, required.
- Excellent communication skills with emphasis on interpersonal communication and client/customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle a variety of projects while meeting deadlines
