Baker International DBA Heartland Recycling Services Hiring for Telemarketer at Remote Full Time

The Telemarketer in the Waste Industry will be responsible for generating leads and making outbound calls to potential customers in order to sell waste management services. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills to effectively promote waste management solutions to businesses and individuals. The Telemarketer in the Waste Industry will be required to work independently and must be able to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote waste management services.
• Utilize excellent communication and sales skills to effectively promote waste management solutions to businesses and individuals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Work independently to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in waste management services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing customers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to effectively promote waste management solutions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the waste management industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively promote and sell waste management solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of waste management industry trends and developments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 – $3,000.00 per week
