About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Support Specialist to join our team and help our candidates with any issues that may appear during the application, assessment and interview stages of BairesDev recruitment process.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide candidate and applicant support.
- Create clear and informative knowledge base articles and guides.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and live chat inquiries.
- Interact and create engagement with candidates.
- Create standard and ad hoc reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the platform.
You must have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support/success.
- Passion to work with people.
- Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Advanced English level.
