Salary: c.£62,900 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Play an important role driving the HR Modernisation agenda and Talent Transformation for your business area to achieve functional maturity and best practice
• Lead & program-manage a breadth of Talent activities and processes across your Sector of 20,000 employees globally
• Act as conduit between the Total Talent COE and HR business partnering teams
• Gather inputs/voice of the Sector to ensure that CoE activities meet business requirements
• Conduct data analysis and driving insights, recommendations and implementation of outcomes
• Manage and resolve complex Talent queries requiring business knowledge
• Support and lead on various HR & Total Talent projects liaising with a variety of people teams including senior stakeholders

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experienced specialist in at least 2 aspects of total talent – Talent Management/Succession, Leadership, Learning & Development and/or Performance
• Collaboration skills to effectively work cross-functionally across the business and people function
• Ability to influence and coach managers in line with business priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Judgement and ability to tailor messages and approaches across areas – whilst driving consistency where possible

Desirable:

• CIPD or equivalent experience

The role sits within BAE Head Office HR. The HR Function is undergoing a huge modernisation program of work called “HR Evolve”.
