The Total Talent team:
The role sits within BAE Head Office HR. The HR Function is undergoing a huge modernisation program of work called “HR Evolve”. As part of this, a new CoE has been stood up, it is named Total Talent and this is recognition that for critical People processes to make sense to employees, they need to be connected and integrated. They also need to be heavily focused on the ‘employee experience at BAE’ recognising that ALL people have Talent.
