BAE Systems Hiring for Talent Acquisition Events Specialist Job at Falls Church, VA Full Time

BAE Electronic Systems Talent Acquisition team creates & plans recruiting events throughout the year. These events are the basis for attracting top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience. The TA Event Coordinator will work side by side with the TA Events Lead in the planning and implementing of these events.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Events lead:

• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure top talent is reviewed and shared with our hiring managers and business leaders
• Assist with candidate recruiting process flow in Applicant Tracking System and help schedule interviews as needed.
• Promote event through email and text campaigns utilizing our CRM tool, posting event on social media channels, user groups, associations and organizations
• Organize promotional material (Bag stuffers, marketing materials, Event Swag).
• Participate and help setup and run Virtual and/or On-Site events.
• Coordinate any on-site event needs from catering, booking conference rooms, event day layout, event day candidate flow, etc.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will either be performed full-time on site or hybrid. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
