Education Services Practitioner
Would you like to be a part of this exciting opportunity running early careers events and engaging with schools and early career centres to promote BAE’s education services programme? We currently have a vacancy for an Education Services Practitioner at our site in Samlesbury.
As an Education Services Practitioner, you will be working with local schools whilst focussing on STEM subjects. You will also be engaging with Air shows, running classroom sessions, and liaising with the AIR Business to ensure the events can be run effectively and successfully.
This role will provide a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for early careers and STEM to support the BAE Air business with creating and organising learning events to support and promote the AIR sector early careers schemes with opportunity to travel to special events including The Royal Air Tattoo weekend.
Your main responsibilities as an Education Services Practitioner will involve:
Your skills and qualifications:
You will need to have strong project manager experience as well as handling budgets. A strong passion for STEM (Science, Technology engineering and maths) as well as early education. Confident in the use of MS packages including excel and power point.
What we are looking for in you:
You must be confident in event planning and being the forefront of the Education services team. Very organised and a strong communicator whilst also being energetic and enthusiastic.
Location: Samlesbury – Hybrid working
Salary: £34,000 + Dependant on experience
