Badlands Tank Lines Hiring for Logistics Crude Oil Dispatcher – Roosevelt UT at Roosevelt, UT Full Time

Schedule:

• 7 on / 7 off – 12 hour shifts
• Wednesday through Tuesday

Position Summary:

Badlands Tank Lines is looking to add an experienced dispatcher to our Uintah Basin team. The dispatcher position will ensure continuous, safe, and efficient crude oil distribution to designated locations across Uintah Basin though company assets and owner operators. Badlands Tank Lines needs someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, proven experience working well within a team, and strong initiative and judgement skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assign daily dispatches that timely, relevant, and accurate
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Communicate and pass on all operational and maintenance issues to correct personnel
• Minimize deadhead and wait time
• Be able to task organize day regarding Area Managers expectations
• Communicate with customers any questions, comments, or concerns that will better the daily dispatch
• Maintain positive relations with customers and field personnel
• Notify drivers of assignments and enter assignment data into a database

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 1-2 years recent dispatching experience; Preferred crude oil or water experience
• Must be analytical person that can problem solve
• Excellent attendance a must
• Dispatch Crude system experience is a plus
• Keep Trucking system a plus
• Experience with Google Maps and Google Drive a plus
• Competent with PC and applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with SCADA interfaces a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
