Business Development Representative – Job Description

• Learn and understand our mission, vision, and core values and how they intertwine with our sales strategy
• Actively prospect our territory to identify ideal client profiles for our company to partner with
• Actively manage prospective and client profiles within our database, job descriptions, orders, and contacts
• Work closely with our operations team to collaborate on sales pipeline, upcoming opportunities, and onboarding of new clients
• Manage incoming accounts through the first several placements in coordination with Operations Team
• Execute staffing, payroll, and direct hire agreements with new clients
• Build relationships within our community by joining professional organizations and other networking groups

Business Development Representative – Job Requirements

• Must have valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Must have a dependable and working vehicle
• Must have 1 year of B2B sales experience ****Preferred – 1 year of outside sales experience
• Must have professional attitude, excellent verbal, and written skills

Business Development Representative – Preferred experience

• Previous light industrial and manufacturing staffing exposure
• Previous sales training and proficient understanding of sales process
• Has built a pipeline from start to finish and has a track of success closing business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
