We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Paid Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing successful paid media marketing strategies for various clients across numerous industries.

You will work with the team to assist with ongoing and incoming projects to ensure their success, understand brand and performance marketing across all relevant platforms across traditional and digital media channels, and upon all active campaigns to analyse pathways for success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with our client objectives, budgets, and goals.
• Maintain a multi-channel marketing mindset focused on integrating digital and traditional media into our client’s marketing strategies to achieve results. 
• Implement various digital marketing tactics across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to align with our client’s objectives. 
• Work collaboratively with our third-party media providers to strategise and implement traditional media channels into our client’s overall strategies across media platforms such as Radio, BVOD, TV, Cinema & OOH.
• Collaborate with our creative team to support creating both brand-aligned and performance-optimized content.
• Compose engaging and brand-relevant copy to maximise the impact of our paid media, particularly across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. 
• Regularly analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools, on key performance metrics to clients, and provide recommendations that ensure a pathway for success.
• Strive for innovative ways to achieve client objectives by staying up-to-date on digital and traditional marketing trends, best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of new business proposals.

SKILLS

• 2+ years experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads & TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Website Tracking. 
• Knowledge and experience within Google Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

KPI’s

• Regularly analyse and implement optimisations for client campaigns. 
• Monitor key performance metrics across all our digital campaigns (such as ROAS, Cost per Purchase, etc.) to ensure we meet our campaign targets.
• Deliver campaign s on time for our client’s monthly WIP meetings.
• Share best practices, strategies and technological changes from the paid media landscape with the wider team to limit campaign impact (iOS 14.5, Advantage+ Targeting, etc.) 
• Work with the creative team to ensure the content aligns with the client’s brand and strategy.

• Support a team-focused, collaborative, and positive approach to all briefs and work.
• Actively participate in internal fortnightly WIP’s and be prepared to update the team on the progress of existing clients and projects.
