Backyard PlayNation, LLC Hiring for Sales Support and Digital Content Specialist at Canton, GA Full Time

Backyard Playnation is looking for a qualified Sales Support and Digital Content Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and assist with digital content. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key product information, managing product information on websites and web portals of established accounts, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Must be proficient in spreadsheets, organized, and able to multi-task.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to a fast-paced, energetic work environment while ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Responsibilities:

• Item set up and maintenance – uploading images, product copy, features, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales and content team is on board
• Product enrichment – additional attributes, specs, etc.
• Manage inventory – feeds, alerts, replenishment, etc.
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Schedule sales events and promotions
• Conduct retail pricing audits and competitive comparisons
• Provide assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
• Provide data and guides to assist the sales team
• Develop and monitor performance indicators
• Manage sales tracking tools and on important information
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and creative departments

• Previous experience in an online industry environment
