Primary job duties include:

·Checking/communicating insurance benefits for patients

· Greets patients & checks patients in/out for their appointments

· Manages phones & front office emails

· Processing payments/end of day accounts receivable

· Requesting and processing patient medical records

· Daily office cleaning and prep for the next day

· Assist in planning fun clinic activities

· Complies with HIPPA rules/regulations

Qualifications for an ideal candidate:

·1 year of medical office experience

-Experience checking insurance benefits

· Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

· Knowledge of MS Office/Google Docs (especially Excel and Word)

· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

– Exceptional customer service with an outgoing and fun personality

· Good communication skills with ability to communicate ideas and feedback

· Adaptable with ability to be flexible to step in when needed

– Detail oriented, with good organizational skills

· Dependable and team focused

– Bonus if you have a Chiropractic Assistant license.

A few things to know:

Our usual clinic hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
