Your Mission

As a member of the development team you will collaborate with our customers and internal team to craft solutions that fit. You’ll be responsible for understanding the need and providing options based on timeline and budgetary constraints. Your team will vary, sometimes including Crescendo developers, customer developers or all of the above. Sometimes we’ll go on site, and when we do we try to have fun! When confronted with the unknown you remain calm and use your experience and your team to get to the finish line.

You Bring

• 3+ years experience including modern Java or similar in a professional environment
• An interest in working on high-end CMS projects
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients, our sales team, designers and developers
• A positive attitude
• Ability to work on multiple projects
• A desire to lead people and make technology choices
• A sense of urgency
