The Role
You’ll own system correctness across our entire stack. This is a debugging and integrations focused role, not a feature factory.
What you’ll do
– Debug and fix issues across Playwright automations, APIs, and databases
– Harden integrations against real-world edge cases and failures
– Build test coverage that catches regressions before they reach production
– Take ownership of subsystems as you ramp up
– Work directly with the systems architect on technical decisions
What we’re looking for
– 2 to 4 years of backend engineering experience in production environments
– Strong debugging skills across the full stack
– Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar browser automation
– Comfortable with Python, Node.js, Postgres, and REST APIs
– Engineers who ask why something broke, not just patch the symptom
– Clear communicators who flag blockers early
