Full Job Description

YOUR ROLE:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting the Bacardi North America Talent Acquisition team and its affiliated companies, you will play a critical role in helping drive the way we attract, engage, and hire top talent.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to execute our multi-year strategy and bring your passion to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You will lead priority projects that will enable Bacardi to deliver excellence in key HT/TA initiatives. You will to the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America and be based in our Coral Gables office in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the organization to understand and meet the hiring needs in each specific function of the business, providing best in class service and top talent
  • Identify high Caliber talent for the business by creating a best in class full-cycle experience of our internal and external candidates at all levels
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and project lead in Talent Operations inclusive of Recruitment ing, System improvements and identify process improvements in partnership with global shared services and IT partners
  • Acts as a project leader in the development and execution of campus relationships/internships programs that support our early career development and belonging initiatives
  • Assist in our employer branding efforts and social channels for North America recruitment opportunities, inclusive of LinkedIn campaigns and training to yield an ROI on career and brand visibility that promotes our Employer value propositions
  • Build strong connections with the global executive search team in order to leverage and adapt resources that fit the needs of North America
  • Act as a talent partner to develop and execute diversity and belonging recruitment strategy to promote diverse candidate profiles and identify areas of opportunity to target underrepresented groups
  • Influence and develop hiring teams both externally and internally to build improvements in multi-year recruitment processes and strategy to achieve KPIs
  • Support HR Business partners in talent planning for critical roles and to identify talent gaps in which you can support pipelining efforts

Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Knowledge of Wine/Spirts industry a plus)
  • 5+ years in a leadership role supporting a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function, placing manager + level roles and various corporate functions inclusive of Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain & Technology in a recruitment capacity (Exposure to a global organization/matrix a plus)
  • 3+ years in a project management role that supported building effective candidate attraction programs across social channels, with an emphasis on EVP and driving diverse campaigns
  • Experience building and developing campus relations and early career programs with a network of
  • Experience supporting a diversity and inclusion recruitment function, with a track record in the ability to drive metrics and results in attracting diverse candidate slates for all positions
  • A natural connector who has the ability to influence key stakeholders and build meaningful relationships that work cohesively to get things done
  • Acts as a subject matter expertise to hiring managers by identifying gaps, and providing training/feedback to hiring teams and stakeholders to ensure a world class interviewing and hiring experience
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system and other Core HR systems and assisting in building key technologies to drive recruiting efforts
