The Talent Sourcing Coordinator will support Baby Bunting’s ongoing growth and success by identifying, engaging, and attracting talent using a range of proactive sourcing methods.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this newly created role will support hiring managers to assess and shortlist talent for positions within our store network.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, approach, assess and shortlist talent for positions within our store network.
• Manage job requisition requests from hiring managers.
• Manage job board postings.
• Build talent pools and talent pool relationship management.
• Maintain relevant advertising campaigns and sourcing strategies, to meet current and future workforce demands.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure shortlisted candidates are interviewed within a reasonable timeframe and champion Baby Bunting’s commitment to reducing time to hire and creating a positive candidate experience.
• Monitoring, triaging, and actioning the Employment inbox.
• Scheduling of assessment centres as required.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to provide stakeholders with market intelligence.
• Contribute to and drive talent acquisition priorities.
• Representing the Baby Bunting brand and values both internally and externally.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage with a wide variety of people across all levels of the organisation.
• End to end recruitment experience with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience (agency or internal recruitment experience).
• Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and key objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle sensitive material with care, maintaining confidentiality of HR documents and other personal information
• Demonstrated experience using a range of software systems including Microsoft office suite, with the ability to easily acquire new IT skills as required.
