Our Houston client company is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst with a track record of transforming operations and shop floor systems for Fortune 500 manufacturers.

• Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting digital solutions in manufacturing operations, shop floor execution, and plant maintenance and implementing major ERP, MES, CMMS, and integrated business solutions;
• have 2+ years of real-world hands-on experience in EDS including MS Azure and SQL and with MS Power BI data analytics and data visualization tools;

have working knowledge of programming, integration tools, and methodologies like Azure Data Factory or Python; understand Industry 4.

0 technologies (IIoT, Digital Twins, ML, and AI); and have working knowledge of ETL and web-based integration services such as APIs, IoT, data containers, etc.

Candidates must have a solid understanding of lean operations and driving efficiencies as well as OT industry technology and be able to analyze, document, support, and improve the systems and processes currently used to manage manufacturing operations and shop floor systems;

identify opportunities for new technology-enabled improvements; and be able to integrate OT solutions with business systems.

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; knowledge of MS SharePoint and Jira; and experience with Cloud technologies like MS Azure or AWS, are strongly preferred.

Candidates must be open to up to 20% travel to support South Texas manufacturing plants, be authorized to work for any U.

S. employer, and not now or at any time in the future require sponsorship or visa transfer.

This is a permanent fully onsite opportunity with a starting salary from $85-110K, DOE, plus a discretionary performance bonus and a rich full benefits package.
