Assistant Accountant

About the role

As an Assistant Accountant, you will support the Aviation Finance Team to perform various duties associated with financial operations and reporting. Some duties include, but not limited to:

• Work with and provide support and assistance to ACS’s Finance Team in relation to finance issues
• Prepare reports and documents to support month end and year end accounting processes
• Participate in finance reporting deadlines and balance sheet reconciliation
• Contribute to Group reporting requirements by preparing departmental inputs

About you

Whilst holding experience would be desirable, this role would also suit an undergraduate who is willing to work part time to complete their studies.

It is important that you have completed or are working towards your bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and plan to pursue CA or CPA status in the future. You hold strong interpersonal skills to assist gaining inputs from business leaders. Your strong planning and time management skills with see you deal with multiple priorities in a timely manner.
