The big seller in winter is remote car starters. We sell and install these all day long in winter at our shop in North edmonton, We are passionate about the automotive electronics/accessory industry, IT/Technology. Customer service and Pride of workmanship are the companies priority, and we need a team player that is “detail oriented” to pickup the majority of the customer services tasks and shop assistant type jobs. This is currently a part time job position but we can offer a full time position for the right person if they are willing to work some extra shifts. There is plenty of work to be done within the company. For the right team player there is plenty of room for growth. We need a team player that is willing to assist the company where ever they are needed. Looking for a candidate that is available Evenings and weekends.

Job description

B & K Elite services is looking for a shop assistant / customer service rep / salesperson

Duties include: answering phones, replying to text messages, booking customer appointments, dealing with customers, selling customers our products and services, creating invoices, taking payments, cleaning up the shop, occasional driving tasks, social media posting, shop assistant, shop hand, assistant to the CEO, general assistant to business tasks.

The right person will be detail oriented/has good memory, can work during busy times, can take accurate notes/accurate appointment information. Valid drivers license required. The right candidate will have some prior knowledge about vehicles and electronics. We sell remote car starters so having someone who would be a quick learner would help them get into the swing of things.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
