> This role will be responsible for performing general accounting, bookkeeping and audit functions

> Rent Manager Software Experience Required

> Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, training materials, memos, and verbal instructions

> Review financial transactions in Rent Manager processed at the property level for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable internal and external policies

> Maintain orderly accounting records and vendor files Full cycle AP, AR, and GL

> Post and prepare journal entries

> Perform month-end close procedures

> Complete monthly bank account and balance sheet account reconciliations

> Maintain open communication lines with property management

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
