Position Summary / Purpose of Position : University Human Resources (UHR) has an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
In partnership with the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition, campus unit leaders and UHR leaders, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for addressing existing and anticipated talent acquisition and staffing needs.
The incumbent in this role will have the opportunity to support all facets of workforce planning, full-cycle talent acquisition, and the candidate selection process.
The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of talent acquisition tools and strategies, a passion for attracting and retaining talent, and will be highly collaborative and results oriented
