Key Responsibilities and Tasks 📋

1️⃣ In-depth Business Analyses: Identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

2️⃣ Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements through interviews, surveys, and other means.

3️⃣ Process Documentation: Document current and future business processes using BPMN standards.

4️⃣ Process Effectiveness: Analyse existing systems to assess effectiveness and efficiency.

5️⃣ SOP Development: Create standard operating procedures for consistency and quality.

6️⃣ Capability Building: Collaborate with teams to build new capabilities and improve service delivery.

7️⃣ Communication: Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

8️⃣ Project Participation: Engage in planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.

9️⃣ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams and external agencies as required.

🔟 Enterprise Transition: Ensure seamless transition to the future service delivery operating model.

1️⃣1️⃣ Expert Guidance: Provide expertise in business design and transition on cross-functional projects.

1️⃣2️⃣ Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships and promote open dialogue with stakeholders.

Skills and Capabilities 💡

• 🎓 Educational Background: Tertiary degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
• 🛡️ Clearance: Active NV1 or NV2 clearance, willingness to undergo TS PV clearance.
• 📅 Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with government agencies as a business analyst in an agile environment.
• 📊 Process Analysis: Strong knowledge in requirements elicitation, process analysis, design, and SOP development.
• 📑 Documentation: Proficiency in documenting As-is and To-be business processes using BPMN standards.
• 🏢 Domain Understanding: Knowledge in operations, capability development, HR, finance, customer service, and case management.
• 🔧 Capability Design: Experience in designing and building capabilities within service delivery organisations.
• 🤝 Stakeholder Relationships: Expertise in fostering productive relationships with stakeholders.
• 💻 Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Visio, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• 🚀 Work Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• 🧩 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 🎓 Training Management: Skilled in developing and delivering training for internal and external entities.
