About the Role:

Azooa is on the lookout for a skilled Technical Analyst to serve a prestigious Federal Government client. In this role, you’ll engage in detailed analysis of complex business systems, handle large data sets, and ensure their seamless integration with enterprise monitoring solutions. You’ll play a crucial part in the End to End Monitoring project, enhancing application monitoring and collaborating with stakeholders across the program.

Your Responsibilities:

Engage with business and technical teams to understand and address their monitoring needs.

Analyse system architectures and services, including integrations with other systems.

Translate stakeholder requirements into specific monitoring objectives and KPIs.

Identify and address gaps in monitoring and logging processes.

Perform detailed analysis of monitoring and application data, supporting the development of effective monitoring solutions.

Lead technical integration of log aggregator solutions, managing large data sets for efficient event management.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is experienced in system analysis, large data set management, and enterprise monitoring tools.

Excels in communication and collaboration.

Is a proactive team player and can work independently.

Essential Criteria:

Monitoring Solutions Experience (30% Weighting): Expertise in documenting requirements for monitoring solutions, focusing on quality characteristics like availability and scalability. Proficient in data analysis for business value.

System Architecture Proficiency (20% Weighting): Ability to quickly understand and document new systems, including architecture and operations.

Problem-Solving Skills (30% Weighting): Proven capability in solving complex business and technical problems using analytics from system logs, databases, and metrics.

Software Development and Database Design (20% Weighting): Knowledge in software development principles and database design techniques.

Desired Criteria:

Application Monitoring Tools: Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Azure App

Insights.

Log Analytics Tools: Proficiency in Splunk, Splunk ITSI, Elastic, Azure Log Analytics, and SQL/Oracle query

evelopment.

Cloud-Based Solutions: Experience with Azure solutions.
