As our Talent Management Assistant, you will support and assist the Talent Management team and wider Talent Team to create, implement and deliver innovative and effective Talent pathways through our Azets Reach offering.
Some responsibilities will include:
Taking a Customer centric approach; build & maintain meaningful relationships with internal customers across the business
Own, schedule and maintain the yearly calendar of activities associated with the Talent Plan such as Critical Role Sessions, Talent Review Sessions and Succession Planning Meetings
Own administrative tasks associated with Talent programmes and providers, including financial reporting
Manage associated Talent supplier management responsibilities, such as recording of PSL supplier visits
Manage Saba Cloud (learning & performance platform) Performance & Talent activities and cycles
Liaise and co-ordinate with the group on all training courses, dates, times, location (Inc. venue & room bookings nationwide), course materials associated with Talent programmes
General Administration, team site management, reporting pack creation and contribution
Support the Talent Management Specialist and Head of Talent Management in associated research and creation of Talent Tools for the organisation such as Continuous Performance Development Support tools
Manage diary and associated tasks for Group Head of Talent Development (20%, with the remainder being with Talent team)
Previous experience
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in Learning & Development/Talent (ideally particular knowledge of Talent cycles and identification methodology) or working towards a relevant qualification. You will be eager to learn, understand the importance of time management, be comfortable with change and possessing a growth mindset. Experience of learning platforms and automating performance and talent processes through them would be an advantage.
