AZ Accounting Firm is a professional services firm that operates in a paperless environment. Due to expansion, we require an independent virtual administrative assistant to support our bookkeeping and operations team.
You will have the flexibility of working from a home office ensuring our client’s needs are met in a timely manner. Your ability to respond to our head office requires 2 hours turnaround during the business day.
This is not a full-time opportunity. It is a part-time contract position involving approximately 40 hours per month – please only apply if this meets the needs of your present situation.
Experience in a public accounting firm or accounting environment a strong asset; strong computer data management is essential and bookkeeping experience is also helpful
