AZ Accounting Firm is a solutions-based professional services firm that takes old fashioned values into the realm of today’s business philosophies. Due to expansion, we require an independent virtual administrative assistant to support our bookkeeping and management team.
You will have the flexibility of working from a home office ensuring our client’s needs are met in a timely manner. Your ability to respond to our head office requires 2 hours turnaround during the business day.
This is not a full-time opportunity. It is a part-time contract position which offers a portfolio of clients and responsibilities for which you will be responsible on a monthly basis. Currently, we are able to offer approximately 40 hours per month – please only apply if this meets the needs of your present situation.
Experience in a public accounting firm or accounting environment a strong asset
