Overview:

Our company is undergoing an enterprise-wide ERP deployment using EPICOR Kinetic, EPICOR’s latest ERP SaaS offering, which includes deploying EPICOR’s MES solution. As part of this deployment, we seek a highly self-motivated individual who can lead the organization’s training & development plan. An individual capable of developing both individual training plans and departmental. An individual with deep experience working with cross-functional teams and manufacturing. Capable of assessing training needs and growing requirements, transforming requirements into training plans. Provide direction and training on appropriate training methodology, recommend approaches, tools, and standards and help to draft and create detailed work instructions & operating procedures using industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deep and extensive EPICOR ERP experience, developing and delivering training plans
• Oversee and develop train-the-trainer materials, instructor guides, e-learning desk manuals and quick reference materials and videos
• Delivers the train-the-trainer program and end-user training program(s)
• Coordinates and validate training activities with department leaders and subject matter experts
• Assists in identifying trainers (e.g. SMEs) based on course content and required skills
• Experience with supply chain, sales and post-sales support
• Experience with MES integrated ERP solutions and the ability to train shop floor.
• Experience with various modules and peripherals

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years working with EPICOR in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Admin., Accounting or equivalent
• Experience working as an Epicor ERP consultant or working in an Epicor ERP environment is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience working with ERP software is preferred (Epicor 9,10)
• Epicor certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills & presentation skills
• Ability to work successfully in a project team environment and independently
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues and users across various functional areas (Finance, Quality, Manufacturing)
• Flexibility to change approaches and methods to satisfy project requirements
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy and tact
• Ability to establish presence and credibility with diverse stakeholders and team members
• Ability to push & influence training adoption

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
