We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Melbourne in a permanent full-time role. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be responsible for partnering with leaders to own the end to end recruitment across our Sales & Support function. You’ll define sourcing strategies and manage the process from the job brief through to offer for whilst managing and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll have autonomy to be creative and decide on the most suitable attraction and sourcing techniques and use data and metrics to share your success and opportunties. This role will see you partner with our People Business Partners to understand the priorities, hiring needs and strategic workforce plan and grow your knowledge of the function, whilst sharing your insights and knowledge of the talent market.
The Talent Acquisition Team is part of the Employee Experience team at MYOB. We are a team mostly based in Melbourne, and two team members in New Zealand – together we are ambassadors of MYOB’s brand and live our values bringing ‘Passion’ to work every day.
The experience we’d love you to bring:
- Experience in a talent advisor/specialist/partner role in an internal recruitment team or agency managing a variety of vacancies from Specialist/Individual contributor lever to Senior Leader
- Solid sourcing skills with the ability to build proactive talent pipelines
- Experience with our talent acquisition tech stack; Recruitment ATS, ideally Lever, Linkedin Recruiter and Seek Talent Search and the variety of job boards needed to attract talent
- Comfortable championing best practice recruitment with a variety of stakeholders; those who recruit often to those who recruit once a year. Your experience allows you to adjust your style with your audience, and always be successful
- Proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with your stakeholders, team mates, other departments and external suppliers
- Have an innovating mindset; always happy to try new ideas, and share your success and learnings with your team
- You are involved in and/or attend community events that your talent market lives in. You have a track record in building rapport with external networks to generate referrals and capture market intelligence
- An exceptional candidate experience excites you. You are committed to providing your candidate with a recruitment process that provides inspired, authentic and in the know moments with a lasting impression
- Honest, personable, always happy to help your team and can enjoy a laugh and time away from the desk together
