Role Overview

• We are looking for a super smart, friendly and all-around great individual who takes care of people and the technology they use. As a member of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to create a seamless experience to Axonius end-users in multiple offices around the world, research and deploy new tools and services and just flat out solve hard problems.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and establish priorities while having a passion to help people and to learn and improve IT in an innovative manner
• Proficient in both macOS and Windows operating system and hardware troubleshooting
• Web conferencing knowledge (tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc…)
• Experience with Okta and back-office applications (SSO, Okta, G Suite / Google Workplace, Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro etc…)

Preferred

• Networking knowledge and experience
• Experience working with third-party hardware and software and procurement practices
