As an Administrative Assistant, a typical day might include:

• Processing mail to/from Canada Post (registered and inter-office) and providing scanning services
• Sharing reception duties including answering multi-line switchboard.
• Greeting and assisting visitors; and taking payments by phone
• Maintaining general office supply and stationery levels for all locations, as well as boardroom and general office space organization and cleanliness
• Supporting the department Manager in general systems & administration tasks

Must Haves:

• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Excel
• Experience in Epic is an asset
