Role Description
We are looking for the right candidate to serve as strategic sourcing recruiting partner, and collaborate with leadership and their peers to recruit the leading talent in the marketplace. You will play an integral part in designing and implementing a leading strategic framework that delivers effective recruiting solutions and supports the overall continued growth of our organization globally.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of requisitions across functions, locations, and disciplines.
Own and deliver the full-cycle of the recruiting process (including sourcing, screening, assessing, and leading the offer process).
Support TA Partners with sourcing strategies, and proactive outreach.
Build trust and advise Hiring Managers to determine the best recruitment solutions.
Demonstrate collaboration and subject matter expertise within the broader HR function.
Develop creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies and solutions to engage passive candidates.
Create diverse candidate sourcing plans.
Ensure all candidates have a positive candidate experience and engaging interview experience.
Become a brand ambassador for AXIS – promoting our mission, values, and employer proposition.
Provide market intelligence documents that are relevant to the business’s needs.
Be actively involved in the design and development of the Axis Talent Acquisition strategy.
Utilize relevant recruitment and HR systems (Workday, etc).
Participate in weekly recruiting status meetings
Requirements:
A proven track record of full life cycle recruiting
Direct sourcing and research experience
A strong understanding of different recruitment tools and solutions
Prior success delivering diverse talent pipelines
An ability to drive through challenges using innovative approaches and solutions
Demonstrated ability to interact with different experience level candidates and clients
Ability to work independently while completing deadlines and priorities
Capable of handling multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to coordinate and be highly organized
Ability to problem solve
Ability to navigate multiline businesses and functions.
Demonstrated control and governance within the recruitment process
Experience working with an applicant tracking system (preferably Workday)
Experience in both corporate and agency is highly desired
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Overview:
The role will require a broad understanding of corporate structure and commercial awareness
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will need to be agile in their approach and confident speaking with and presenting to senior and C level stakeholders and will have strong written and verbal communication ability.
The role would suit an organized and effective enabler. Someone who is prepared to find alternative ways to get results and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and speak with internal stakeholders.
