Axiom Professional Solutions is hiring for a Dispatcher position for one of our automotive dealerships in Tempe, AZ. This is an immediate hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Description:
Dispatch auto parts delivery drivers on-time, manage/monitor deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed.
- Full-Time Employee Position: Starts ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | Hours: 7 am to 4 pm (1 Hour Lunch)

Job duties functions include:
- Entering order information
- Assists with stocking/pulling parts
- Dispatching drivers for order pick-ups and/or part returns
- Performs invoice research as requested by the client
- Performing any and all additional duties as directed by supervisor
- General housekeeping tasks as required
- Follow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully at all times
- Operates with sense of teamwork
- Strong work ethic
- On-time attendance and dependability is a must
- Must be comfortable on a computer and able to work with dispatch software, preferred experience with Elite Extra software.
- Must be able to pass background
Compensation: $19 – $22 / hourly
