About the role:
Axiom is hiring for a highly motivated and thoughtful Talent Manager, to support Axiom’s talent experience for our ever-growing population of legal talent. A critical member of our wider commercial team, the Talent Manager will guide Axiom legal talent throughout their Axiom experience, ensuring lawyer skills are matched to exciting client opportunities.
Focusing on a group of lawyers and legal professionals across one practice area, you will have the engagement of your at front of mind at all times. Working in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition and Sales team, you will provide advice and guidance to ensure we are hiring the right legal talent population to meet the demand from Axiom’s clients, and present opportunities to our legal talent to ensure they have career enhancing opportunities available to them. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting and innovative team driving change within Axiom and the wider legal community.
