About the Role:

Axiom is hiring for a highly motivated and thoughtful Analyst to join our Legal Talent Experience team reporting to the VP of Legal Talent Experience. The Legal Talent Experience team will be responsible for crafting a workplace experience that authentically reflects the mission, vision, and value of the company. The team and its members will create memorable, meaningful, and purposeful connections between Axiom and our talent. The scope of the team spans all aspects of the employee experience, including, Compensation, Rewards and Benefits, Employee Communications, Events and Networking, Performance Feedback and Talent Enablement. The team will work closely with other functions to further incorporate marketing and tech capabilities into our talent strategy to achieve the ambitious objectives of our marketplace vision.

The Talent Experience Analyst will:

• Conduct data tracking to visualize the performance of each initiative related to Legal Talent Experience.
• Partner with cross-functional analytics and product-development teams with input from the VP of Legal Talent Experience, to assist in developing a data model and dashboards to track the success of various initiatives and performance KPIs.
• Assist the Talent Enablement Director with the following:
  • Implementing a lawyer professional development &training program and strategy, incorporating the latest legal industry trends and best practices
  • Third Party tools/contracts management – including analysis on utilisation of tools, impact on NPS and implement improvements/changes as needed
• Assist with the creation and dissemination of all Legal Talent Communications
• Assist in development of a segmentation of the talent-supply funnel and define offerings within each segment in partnership with Marketing, Product, and R&D
• Provide organizational support to the function, including organizing and managing initiatives

About you:

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Data management and analysis experience, including strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (translating data analysis into digestible slide decks), Tableau experience helpful
• Experience working across stakeholder groups and supporting multi element projects
• Prior experience of working in an employee experience or employee structuring role is desirable
• Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
• Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency, pace and drive
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
