About the Role:
Axiom is hiring for a highly motivated and thoughtful Analyst to join our Legal Talent Experience team reporting to the VP of Legal Talent Experience. The Legal Talent Experience team will be responsible for crafting a workplace experience that authentically reflects the mission, vision, and value of the company. The team and its members will create memorable, meaningful, and purposeful connections between Axiom and our talent. The scope of the team spans all aspects of the employee experience, including, Compensation, Rewards and Benefits, Employee Communications, Events and Networking, Performance Feedback and Talent Enablement. The team will work closely with other functions to further incorporate marketing and tech capabilities into our talent strategy to achieve the ambitious objectives of our marketplace vision.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong problem solver with exceptional operational and project management skills along with a flair for creativity to help build out a new, world-class team within Axiom.
