About the role:

You will help with the successful execution of existing and new email communications to Axiom prospects and clients. Join a growing marketing team at an exciting stage where you can help define and implement best-in-class email campaign execution and deliverability.

Responsibilities include:

• implement email marketing campaigns that align with company goals and KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content and subject lines
• Execute A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance
• Monitor and on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Segment and manage email lists to ensure optimal targeting and deliverability
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends
• Responsible for email list management, IP health, including SPAM prevention and management, email domain management

About you:

Skills required:

• Experienced in Hubspot
• Experienced in CRM (salesforce preferred)
• Strong Project Management skills
• Expert on e-mail marketing best practices, technologies, trends and GDPR, CAN-SPAM laws
• Proven experience in A/B and multivariate test design, execution, and analysis
• Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on marketing, business or communications preferred.

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 – 77,000, and you will be eligible to participate in our cash bonus plan which on target would be 15% of your base salary for an Associate role in Marketing.
